At VITAORA, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on delivery method and promotions.

We may offer free UK shipping on qualifying orders, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


3. International Shipping

We may offer shipping to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees imposed by the destination country

VITAORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 5 working days (UK)

  • 15 working days (International)

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

VITAORA is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete address details

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before dispatch.


7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.

  • If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours.

We will assist in raising a courier investigation.


9. Food Supplement Disclaimer

VITAORA products are classified as food supplements. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
